IS BOT trading subject to any kind of regulation?
    ASX overview? Identification?

    For protection of "common" shareholders?

If it's a deliberate share price capping - how can this be legal? We're risking our (little) monies - shouldn't we know WHO is overbidding us? If it's the company concerned - shouldn't they have to reveal same? Seems to me we are always on the outer - getting fed little dribs and drabs if we're lucky, as to what is really going on. Again I speak generally, not about IOH per se. The ASX are so self righteous about companies having o comply - how is it the that so much gets under the radar - and the small holders always seem to be left in the dark. Sometimes until it's too late!

Of course prices start to move well before announcements - so many are already in the know. Then we jump in - far too late to benefit.

Isn't this what's now wrong with the world finances - machinery, and anonimity, by the manipulative and powerful rich, who, for the fellow rich, for good or evil, are really running the joint! The small players can only pick up the table crumbs?

Are we then the unsuspecting little ants? Building our little stacks - only to have them shot down by those with the big cannons?

I will be labelled naive. "This has always been thus, it goes on, and is (supposedly) legal, so tell us something new" I'll be told. But is it a level playing field? Absolutely not.
