I take it that you both listened to Al's recent webcasts, around the 3rd qtr report time. He stated then that the company would have to weigh up whether to sign pharmas to exclusive agreements in licensing agreements. By doing this it would exclude UNS from selling to other pharmas in the same area. So if you are selling needles for $1 each then a piddley fee of $5-10-20M to give exclusive rights to a certain area for 5-10 years is a drop in the ocean. What if that stops you selling 10M's or 100M's of needles to other pharmas in the same area over that 5-10 yrs.

Al said it would be a case by case proposition. It could work in smaller areas of the drug industry but I wouldn't like it to happen in the larger areas. IMO I don't think Al will do many. He only needs $20-30m to cover the 2012 year for funding - his words.

Fine line between tying yourself up to one pharma or selling to a few in the same area. Cheers
