I think you are spot on Bradley
I think TS is just a bit more patient than the average punter on HC and is more in tune with the bigger picture.
He can get a bit enthusiastic and excited at times , but other things (like a delayed jorc) is out of his control , and he can only pass on the info he is given , yet the punters jump up and down if it is a little late.
Some things are out of your control , but he knows that a little delay doesnt change the big picture.
