windsor buying farms to sell to miners, page-13

I guess Windsor is singled out because he has given the balance of power to a government which is about to impose a carbon tax which they denied would be implemented this term. And then Tony sells a farm to a coal company which isn't really a good look if he thinks carbon dioxide production is detrimental.

It also looks like he is speculating and I think a lot of Australians on all sides of politics have a problem with farmland being sold to foreign interests ending up as coal production.
