Wells get a regular Production/Environmental inspection.
Thats normal... MIT Tests... Normal.
Workover inspections... Normal

Compliance inspections = NOT GOOD

Compliance inspections are for suspected breaches of compliance, or contract.

Complaint inspections are because someone has complained about something and it was serious enough for an inspector to be sent.

Marion just copped a Complaint Inspection on the 27/6/2011 for Utah Fuel #10.

These inspections are not normal....
They are as normal as the Tax Office doing 4 seperate inspections in a month.

Marion has now had 4 compliance and complaint inspections within a month.

Over the last 32 Days Marion has nearly generated as many compliance issues as all other Utah operators combined.
