    13m CLR shares @ $1.75 = $23m
    Plus 9m cash

    Plus coal leases
    Plus another 7m CLR shares pending (about $12.5m)

    So assuming that the market assigns no value to the coal leases, the company value is around $45m.

    Share price at 39c gives market cap $23m.
