You are right it doesn't add up. You raise some very telling points. You and I are both big and ugly enough to know the initial story on many occasions is sometimes not the whole story.
At a guess I think I would prefer the whole story which would explain the motive. And the motive for this seemingly on the surface unwise decision is important in understanding what is really going on if at all this is anything other than what has been announced.

I know I slag off at times about Director's being clueless about the way the market operates. That's me just releasing the poopa valve. I'm would think that the contrary applies.

I'm in the process of contacting Director's re this consolidation I suppose I need to get in the queue.

Kiril will probably ignore me. He's written me off as a nuffy. He's mistaken though and hopefully that's all he's mistaken about.
