I would also like to add that upon resignation, some of the Board Members and Management should be investigated and possibly prosecuted in the courts of Law.

With a new board and management in place, we can all look forward to dividends. We have been left in the lurch by Ken and his cronies.

Let us strive to get a new board and management to immediately review existing status and turn this thing around.
