I was thinking if they keep Phenomica an unlisted private company then the only entry to any exposure of Phenomica's business outside of the VC's inital investment will be via PYC. If they start to make big moves in the industry & the only entry to that exposure is here, its only got good things to say.
Just rambling speculation - we wont know until it's put in place but an unlisted private company would be a great outcome IMO.
