re: Ann: ENB: Cougar Energy confirms JV termi... Both, ... positive as it appears that CXY is working towards an additional UCG project, with this new one being in Mongolia. It was also slightly negative in that registration for the first project in China will be delayed by a couple of months.

The market viewed the announcement as good, i.e. the price went up. Keep in mind also that CXY was way oversold because of the general risk aversion caused by the situation in Greece and a slowing of the Global Economy.

A bounce was always going to happen...
