Pisces' - loosening the purse strings - Friday

    MORNING TRENDSETTERS

Thanks Pauley for starting the thread yesterday - and JW for jumping in as well at 4am.

    XJO Matters

'Great call Red..... nothing to say about today other than, great positive day to the upside.' FUNKYMONK June 30

We all love Red. A study and handsome cornerstone to the XJO forum...and Pisces drily replies...

'We loosening the pursestrings at this stage, Funky?' Pisces - JUNE 30

As you may recall, Honeydew (thighs from heaven), promised that if I made her 20% on her 50k, she would take me to Paris for her 51st (was kidding about her being 21) Yes, those legs in that red dress are 51 Chris. Bet you didn't know that legs improve after 50.

Anyway, I am 2.5 % up with her PF.

As everyone knows. My CYD indicator kicked in and I sold all my RIO and BHP at the exact bottom. One squillion dollars worth. I am sooo ashamed. I was bravely stoic for so long. Worse still, I did exactly the same thing last year.

I am a walking, living, breathing indicator. I hold out and hold out and then come to the clever conclusion that maybe I can pick up a few percent, I'll sell and buy back lower. I sell - then zing-gap up gap up gap up.

I am the numbskull that Toll and Pisces are describing below...

'Hopefully we will see increased volume as frustrated people who sold right at the bottom start coming back in plus those who have been waiting for a confirmed turn. Then we will see the slow offloading of the SM'. Toll - June 30

    Toll, that's me.

'...There are probably already plenty of people kicking themselves and the SM now have them where they want them with the gap up . I can sort of sense there could be a mad scramble but it'd be lovely if it could retest in the next day or so.' Pisces - June 30

Pisces, that's me again!! And what the hell's an S.M.?

I have also noticed that the exact time I began these thread starters - the market plunged. Guess what happened when I stopped doing them on the weekend...and Pauley took over....up she goes!!

I have a bearish influence and Pauley a Bull.

What I'm wondering though, Toll and Pisces, is that since you guys are so clever at reading eaxctly what I - the avareage punter - is thinking. That would mean that you two have been doing the opposite.. You both spent all your dough last week and have in fact, already offloaded 25% for the lease payments on the Astins and are starting to worry about how much tax you'll be paying on your super profits.

Well, I might be in the poo with my portfolio but I have noticed my chin has grown since I became a grand daddy
