Although I don't like clutching at straws etc, I think that it is important to realise that any potential Partner with Sundance would want to be in as strong a position as possible during negotiations to give themselves as much leverage as possible. For instance, if I were Posco and I was in talks with Sundance and wouldn't want to announce to everybody that we're in negotiations etc and ramp the SP up. What I'd do, is keep very quiet and if the market appears to be about to rally I'd have 'anonymous' employee leak news that would be perceived as negative.
