    coops,

For the life of me, I can't comprehend what you expect the company to do while it is in negotiation with a prospective JV Partner. The company cannot divulge what work they are doing in the background before the whole issue has been properly finalised. For, for what we know, and God forbid it, it could even fall by the wayside.
Imagine if the company was to announce that a JV agreeement was nearing completion, and then the prospective JV partner decided to pull out at the last moment. The repercussions would be shocking and endless, and the PLV Management would have a lot to answer for.

Don't forget also that the World market sentiments are a little all over the place at these points in time, and no one can be certain of anything until all of the dots have been properly placed and the dotted line signed by both parties. As they say, it takes two to Tango.

What we currently have available is an announcement from the company telling us that they are working on this deal and that they expect to get it finalised within 30 days from a specified date. And, most importantly, that date, unless I missed something, is not here as yet. On the other hand we haven't received any news from the company telling us otherwise and that that date frame can't be met either.
So, what is there to cause concerns to all of us when that date is not even here, passed and gone ??

As for the rest of your list of concerns about the project, may I suggest that you do a little better research and you may even find your own answers. You'd find that there has been many changes made to the proposed project as well.

Have a good day. With the jump in the DOW overnight we may even experience a spike in our sp as well. But, unless one is waiting for the sp to jump so that he/she can bail out, it shouldn't be of a concern. Yes it is good to see the sp to higher levels, but the most important time for an sp to be at it's highest, it is when that person is ready to press/push that SELL button. Until then it means very little. For, they are only paper profits or paper losses.

    Cheers.
