You can guarantee it will be an insto placement if they need the money so soon. Get enough money from the insto's to fund the purchase, then a rights issue or SPP to the plebs to fund ongoing drilling/ development activities.
Placement to instos should be a minimum of 10 cents. I remember AKM doing a placement that was actually above the SP at that time.
I'm starting to get genuinely excited about this one.
