Fact is: meeting the requirements costs money and time = more money.
Therefore additional funding is more than likely.

    Julia,
Reading the New York Times does not count as research with Lynas.:-)
Considering the timeline has only change by three months and the project is now nine months in progress. I consider your desire to add a year for grins as nothing more than baiting.
As to costs and funding I further disagree. The additional costs for pre-commissioning (ie start-up) seem small. And with Lynas previously funded through Phase II, the risk of a capital raising seems small. I would further suggest that a capital raise after production is unlikely due to the incoming earnings at that point.
Now if you said we face smaller margins due to higher production costs I might think you had done some research. I am watching this issue. But with rare earth prices skyrocketing and stock piles running dry by the time Lynas becomes the first to produce, I'd say our margins are expanding, not contracting.
I guess my greatest amusement with you now is why stay? I've known some great short sellers and all operate on catalysts. This short catalyst has been reached. Congratulations. A good shorter would cash out and leave now. Are you waiting for the China quota? A LAMP construction update? construction completion? commissioning? earnings? I mean all of the positive catalysts are in front of you. If you want to stick around and give it all back that's fine. But if you want to keep posting please consider adding sustance and supporting your arguments. The baiting is a pure bore at this stage.
