No Giddy...my statement is what it is. nothing more or less. I have not inferred or implied anything of the sort.
Your understanding is quite wrong..

You will notice in my post I used the words "in the last few days" The 17cUS increase has only equated to 5cAU increase according to your chart...So yes I am saying that the gains in POC in USD are most certainly irrelevant.
