Arup will not cost 10s of millions...furphy imo.
ECT need to negotiate with Arup in some form of JV imo. We can not afford further heavy dilution to fund Arup unless we have a CSI.
Agree second option is what / where we are at and need to explore.

regarding carbon tax, ets...things are starting to come to a front soon...then will work in our favour.
its in the past now, but starting to believe tincom extn might have been the better option.
