Well worth waiting a month for & I certainly wouldn't have been clever enough to come up with such a complex plan. You must have to be a real intellectual giant to be on the AJL board ( AJL = Absolute J*rking Losers ?)

I am sure the board CEO & other associated hangers on will issue themselves a few million options exercisable at 10c or so expiring in say 6 years. Well deserved for such a stirling performance. Well done chaps.

Maybe to save me time reading your dribble, the announcement could have been summaries to:

'Nobody with any brains will lend us any more money, so we are going to plan B which we the board, are to stupid/not allowed to make. Therefore we are allowing us/you to be shafted by a big expensive global investment bank (guess who !!) who will make sure they get the best deal for themselves' - media release ends.
