My interpretation is that Lynas will adhere to all the recommendations. Any delay is purely academic. It relates to no importation of raw materials and no OPERATIONAL activities allowed on site. They can still carry on with construction. The waste removal issues will be adhered to by Lynas and for the eventual decommissioning of the plant in the year dot. Of course this is not positive for the current SP as demonstrated today and over the next few days.
