    Unfortunately Roy its pretty easy to work out ! the buyback rules state the company cannot pay more than 5% above the 5 day VWAP ( volume weighted average price ) anyone with a calculator can see what the maximum price that can be paid is going to be for that day !

    Every apendix 3 notice ( para 5 ) has the maxium price the comapny is allow to pay under rule 7.33:
