In addition to Nightstalker's comments about earnings being tax free after you reach 60 and are drawing a pension: This can be done at 55. Just start drawing a pension and you get the tax free earnings feature. If you are still working they call it a Transition To Retirement Allocated Pension or TRAP for short.
