Swordfly: I cant see how they are back bigger and better than before. I remember when the shares were in excess of $5 and the outlook was positive. Now shares are 14c and a read of the latest prospectus (page 81)notes that there may be potential for some claims and litigation that "may or may not" have a material impact on the financial position of the company. I also read the key risks on pages 71,72,73 and 74 and cant help but wonder whether the companys current position will exacerbate those risks. I didnt read anything that really sounded up beat and positive.
Sadly there are too many factors at play, including the current economic out look to conclude that they are back.
Only time will tell that.
