1. OTrader to record all my share/options transactions, and 2. MySMSF to record all my SMSF transactions (P & L)
I also use an accountant & auditor mainly because of the relationships, i.e email/phone with queries when they arise which I find very beneficial.
I took the time to complete the formal SMSF training thorugh Kaplan and I have plenty of books that are great references including possibly the most useful published by CCH; "Australian Master Financial Planning Guide" & "Australian Master Superannuation Guide."
If you get the opporunity to attend a preso or course run by Grant Abbott grab it, he's well worth listening to and what he doesn't know about SMSF's isn't worth knowing IMO.
