Can you guarantee to posters here, the Nasdaq listing will go ahead. Did MR write in an ASX announcement to the market it is with the SEC and it will definitely go ahead. Were you or anyone else here told by MR that it will definitely happen. Can you provide a Guarantee for the investors here who have bought into the stock or are banking on a Nasdaq listing (i'm guessing there might just be a couple here) that it is a definite.
