    Hi All,

    Reply from Patrick of Brookfield giving an indication of when an announcement will be made...

    We are close to finalizing a transaction and will hopefully be issuing a notice of meeting around July 8 with a tentative vote date of July 25. Naturally, this is subject to a number of outstanding variables including lender consents.
