Love to post/forward them but cant....

After the amendments made to the Corps act to stop the David Tweeds of the world getting large slabs of corporate registers and making offers to buy their shares at a steep discount to the prevailing market price - the company/corporate secretary/any other party that has the info now can't release any part of the share register without
a) a proper and valid reason and
b) knowing exactly who they are releasing it to.

If I was to post them, given the reports are dated ... I imagine it would take them about 3 seconds to work out who published them. I posted my comments above as they didn't have full names,addresses or actual holdings - simply my interpretations of the changes.

Can however tell you how to get a set...
I get them directly from the company (they dump them off the registry website)- An email to Kathleen Daniels stating your full name, address, how much of the register you are after (I use top 50 .. but it depends what you are after) and the reason you want the info (such as "Assessment of which institutional buyers have bought or sold shares in Texon and whether the largest shareholders have been increasing their holdings or selling down. Under no circumstances will the information be used for any form of marketing or solicitation.") will usually get you what you want..

To all HC TXN followers: Don't all swamp the poor lady. I'll continue to post my observations so obviously if you don't need them don't get them.
