May I also point out another small issue with this valuation.
It does not assume any dilution for additional capital, nor dilution for the potential farminee in the project.
In the latter case, I would assume that CTP's share, following $7.5 billion of capital would be small (10% or less, if that).
I think the report is fatally flawed basing a gross project NPV and using the current issued capital.
The report is bordering on misleading.
