It won't stay at 4-6 cents too long after a consolidation. It will do what all other stocks do after a consolidation.

It will fall quite a bit. Some stocks have even fallen back below there pre consolidated price.

For one off the top of my head have a look at Poseiden nickel (POS). Twiggy Forrest's second stock. Also have a look at MND for another more recent example.

Your 2nd point, the ability to raise more capital. Director's have indicated we are cash flow positive and with revenue now coming in we will/should remain positive.

Another 6 or more embedded networks are scheduled to come on line by year end. Although not signed yet.

If we need to raise more capital for other than a huge commitment something has gome terribly wrong.
