It depends on the nature of the agreement and how much of the farm WR has had to give away in order to get on the tracks.
You wouldn't think the presence of Wah Nam would have made the terms of any deal more favourable.
Still if you are relaxed enough to go fishing whilst the MC of your company free falls, you must be pretty confident ... we hope.
