Thank you for your post. It was very informative and very helpful.
Just visited the Galvanizers Assoc of Australia website and the number of galvanisers given in Victoria is listed as 5 while in New Zealand the number is 14 or 15 depending on whether one is counting companies or sites. When one does some multiplying to get the volume of SPL in each tank and then add the different tank capacities to get the total amount of SPL in Oz and NZ one gets a truly amazing quantity.
How many of these companies will want to partake in renewing their SPL is unknown. However if some company starts, and the economic advantage is positive, then the others can not ignore the fact that competitors are getting "new" acid at reduced cost as well as other advantages.
Looking forward to the ASX release on the 29th and hopefully some contracts signed as soon as possible.
