SGM is breaking above a short term down trend line. The trend line is valid because it 'touches 3 points'. The breakout looks valid to me.
If SGM peaks at around $18.60 and falls back to around $16, then I would say that SGM is stuck in a sideways trend. This would incorporate your price of $18.59. Until then, I say that it is in a breakout.
Also, your post was polite. I dont mind if you disagree with my analysis and put it in strong terms. I enjoy debating/sharing ideas on here. Hey, I have been posting on HC for a decade. I have come across a lot of knobs. You dont seem to be a knob. Most of the knobs from when I started are gone.....but thats because they were knobs and didnt know a breakout from tennis elbow.
