material corporate transaction

This trading holt is looking very interesting. Reading the language used in their last TH in November they said "The reason for the request is a proposed capital raising, and announcement in relation to potential corporate transation."

The term Capital Raising is pretty straight forward and since todays TH does not mention a capital raising, I think we can be fairly certain that this announcement has nothing to do with issuing shares or raising funds.

In November the 'potential corporate transation" was described as a resource project that after due diligence that they would not proceed with the transation.

So I am lead to believe that this companies use of the term "material corporate transation" must mean that they have another resource project that they are about to become involved in. Maybe more Coal in Mongolia!!!!

This was already very interesting, but now things might get exciting.
