Neil Hacket signed the November doc. High Warner signed yesterdays. They might have slightly different writing styles- I would not look into the terms used to guess what the trading halt is about.

The recent roadshow would've been presented to potential investors for one reason only, raising capital. Another acquisition would be great but I am pretty sure this will be a cap raising. Depending on the terms of the raising the share price might not be affected too much especially with the drilling starting this week. I am looking for an entry point but then again I might've been too late.
