March 2012 unquoted options at a
consideration of 3.5 cents an option. The
March 2013 option exercise price is 14.2
cents.

Simply, this director bought 2,400,000 unquoted options from someone else for an agreed consideration of 3.5c per share or $84,000.

According to the last 3B document there are:

5,000,000 ESOP ? MISCELLANEOUS ESOP OPTIONS
OTHER ? OPTIONS ? POHAU MARCH 2013 @ $0.142

So whoever owned them previosuly has offloaded almost half to this director.
