Gday leroy,you have spoken with HR many times before,is he a confident speaker one on one or is he just as nervous as when he addresses a group?.if the answer is the first then maybe thats where we need to confine him to...his office so he can be strong and confident and maybe these alluded to deals are as he alludes to,just about finished or do we add the word "allude" to the long list like "very close and allmost"
