Appreciate the point retsam1 and this consideration was heavily focused on in discussions immediately after SP of PLV collapsed after the PFS.

So can i assume from your post that if Cliffs arent on board this project is a dead duck? If Cliffs arent interested then no one else would be?

How can we know what the internal workings and plans of Cliffs are? Who knows what they plan and whether they are seeking alternative projects THAT THEY CONTROL?

I think the general statement that if Cliffs are out then this project is done is way off the mark as that is how i have interpreted your post? Correct me if i am wrong.
