Stagman, I am happy to take your offer.

I am willing to put on $50 at 9 to 1 ($450 in total) that by 5pm WST, Fri Aug 26, 2011, there will be NO BINDING, DEFINITIVE JV that will be of BENEFIT to NKP shareholders.

We would of course need to define what DEFINITIVE and BENEFICIAL means. For me BENEFICIAL would imply a SP over 60 cents at ASX close on Fri Aug 26, 2011. DEFINITIVE would imply a binding JV signed with either Anglo and/or Xstrata. Some 2 bit mining house or institutional investor does not count. Neither does a go it alone option count.

Let me know if you are willing to accept and whether you accept my definition of DEFINITIVE and BENEFICIAL.
