According to my source, Billiton considered that Heron had made a huge deal with Inco.
Billiton have picked up these shares simply because they view it as a good investment....in my opinin.
There will not be a takeover and of that you can be fairly certain.
The shares in HRR are very tightly held and this will become more apparent over the next few weeks.
