Been holding silently for a while now, but feel it may be worth mentioning that perhaps the company is waiting for the outcome of the NRC meeting on JULY 7th (as announced on the 29th of June).
... The NRC will conduct a public meeting on 7 July 2011 to discuss results of the acceptance review and paths forward for both the environmental and technical evaluations.
Peninsula Executive Chairman Gus Simpson said "Throughout the permitting process Strata has established strong lines of communication with the various regulatory bodies and has submitted high-quality applications which have resulted in an efficient, timely review process....
I assume Gus would like to get the share price as high as possible with as many positive announcements as possible, prior to releasing the DFS.... just a thought ... "getting final quotes on pipes".
