Don't let facts hop in the way UT, bears seem to grab the % and statistics when it suits. Plenty of stories and of a friend of a friend doing it hard. Kind of reminds of the guy who always tells you he could of got it cheaper after you have bought something. Nothing wrong with dreaming you may be able to buy a million dollars + for half a mil. But in and around the bayside in Melbourne around Brighton, bentliegh, ormond, caufield, Elwood Hampton have not seen the price drop only flat. I know the people in Perth say different but ask anyone looking in those areas and it's just not happening.
