I have hedged my bets. Exited around 80% of my holdings but stayed in with a bit just to see what happens. I wasn't happy with my level of exposure because I think all parties are a bit "bent". 80% in the hands of two players is a worry. I personally think that Jindal will now come in with an offer high enough to entice Benny Wu, which may be above 50c again, but time will tell. They have sucked out quitre a few shares at 30c so their average cost will come down a bit even if they have to pay Benny Wu a premium.
