Anyway I saw a post poo pooing the observed similarities between Lynas and an early Fortescue.

I think another unrelated comment was made along the lines of how can you value Lynas with no earnings. Well just on that last one and remember it is the principle here so keep that in mind not the players.

Now that is a great deal of money for what most say will be a revenue 10/11 US$175m So my point is someone thinks current revenue is not the calculator of value.

I think that the Lynas story is as near to Twiggies tale as I have seen in a while and all the information I have been able to obtain reinforces my view on this. Of course massive differences exist also but in a general sense it has that same feel. I was not in early on Fortescue so can only imagine what long term holders thought of the ride as they went along.

All IMHO
