Perhaps the granting of the mining license which was lodged way back in Dec 2009.
From one of their quarterly reports they mentioned;
"An updated ESIA and amended environmental clearance and mining licence applications, incorporating the enlarged resource and site layout refinements, will be submitted to the relevant Namibian authorities in the June 2011 quarter".
Do we know if the updated applications were ever lodged? It would be disappointing if they havent been as BMN have a track record of rarely meeting their target timelines.
