The Company has set out to raise $3M and they have been over subcribed to $4M, pretty impresive in a tough market.
I also hear that the registry is a who's who including John Stuart Exec chair of AUT, Adam Rankin-Wilson, and Jordan Belfort (yes...the Wolf of Wall street) , but the kicker for me is that word is Karl Simich is the largest shareholder...the MD of Sandfire resources.
SFR investors and holders will be interested in a big way!!!
Judging by the people on board...and as far as IPO's for 11/12 are concerned you could do alot worse than this by the look.
Should list late July...I have a position.
