For me I buy JORC tenements and wait for production and I'll wait. Have sold out on a few based on quality opinions that do make sense, though Downrampers deserve everything they get when the 'pattern' forms and play the 'good samaritan' card. I don't buy it and I don't buy the idea that Skynet knows what's going on half the time. Market crashes proves that.

I have doubt about some of the legitimacy of what gets posted, though I think on the whole posters are pretty good and so are most opinions, though there a few serial pests and basement dwellers who even e-harmony can't match.
