I don't believe Mike Botting is a director, just CEO so he wouldn't have to lodge an Initial Directors Notice. Feel free to correct me if I have read this wrong.
I also note NG has added the word 'Executive' in front of his previous title of simply Chairman since Mike's appointment. This would imply that Mike will not have the authority of a usual CEO and that NG will still be calling the shots.
