5 cms no. 10 cms yes. The high tides used to go soooo close to flooding our block. But that is exactly the point being made. Did you notice the word "noticeable"? That rise would NOT be noticeable on on a Pacific island ALL ELSE BEING EQUAL.
But my primitive observations are SUPPORTED by the BOM's measurements. Do you know more'n them?
