It would appear we have the company worried, based on today's announcement. They are talking about being "below the radar" of strategic investors. Could someone be in the wings pressuring them to clean up their register? Could that be why they are consolidating and ratifying the placement earlier this year? Is someone trying to get a shortcut into what we all know will one day be a very lucrative business? The plot thickens, and what most of us have been thinking could be closer to the reality?
