sdmartin.. if ur going to attend the mtg.. id urge u focus more on the issue at hand with ur questioning there? flogging that old chestnut mite detract from the debate that really needs to be had at this time perhaps? good luck if ur attending.. can we try and phrase our questions tho relative to the current climate so as to not shoot ourselves in the foot?

i personally am behind andrew, bob and ian going forward.. despite a few issues from the past.. as i understand it.. in regards to both ian and andrew and past stock issues.. well it was in their sign on agreement in the first place to receive stock periodically.

this issue to me is either an underhanded push from evans corner and his backers.. or irrational caving in to investment houses critique.. its been explained to me they have done previous investor shows and the issue of consolodation was always raised by potential pundits..

what i think the board has failed to grasp.. that no investment house would put this on the watchlist without strong consecutive periods of good fundamentals anyways..

all a consolodation at this time would do is to half the share price again.. and then at next investor preso.. a fundamentals q would be raised.. essentially i think the board has got the order of things on this occassion grossly incorrect.

why are many investor presos being done anyhows when the company already has 60% of its stock in long termers hands as it is? its not relevant atm nor neccessary. and nor is caving in to that feedback form those mtgs valid atm.

i know andrew bob and ian are solid guys..
