    My guess is that it would be this website...

    They now have 13% voting rights, 183 mill shares. That is where they went!!! (still could not find anything on JC Long Term Value Fund though).

    The website does not have EDM/MDA/AEX listed anywhere yet in their portfolio.

    Is this good or bad - dunno i'm still too new but would this explain the drop in price because these guys are getting shares on the cheap?
